Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at CJ Designs. The following are the terms and conditions for our shipping policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipping processing time

All Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends. Please be aware that some items are made to order so the shipping times might be different. Typically on orders that are custom made, our turn around time is 1-3 weeks.

If we are expecting a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there I a significant delay for your order, we will contact you via email.

Return & Exchange Policy

No refunds excepted.

Exchanges are made on a case by case basis ex: Wrong shirt size. Please reach out if this is the case. Exchanges should be in original packaging.
